About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a seasonal Holiday Sales Associate to help create enjoyable Santa photo-set experiences for families. The associate welcomes and engages with guests, takes photographs, and provides memorable souvenirs while delivering warm, patient, and attentive service. The role supports smooth photo operations, uses point-of-sale and photography equipment, and helps maintain a safe, clean environment. Photography experience is not required. Work schedules should accommodate peak retail periods, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with availability for at least 20 hours per week or as needed.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort greeting and working with families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• Professional attire and good hygiene.
• Availability to attend training meetings and complete required courses.
• Flexibility to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo-set experience and help families feel welcomed and cared for.
• Work as part of a team to help photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
• Attend training meetings and complete required courses.
