About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a seasonal Sales Associate/Photographer to create memorable experiences for families visiting a Santa photo set. The role welcomes guests, engages with children, captures holiday photos, and provides guest service throughout the photo experience. Photography experience is not required. Associates help keep photo operations running smoothly, operate a POS system and photography equipment, and maintain a safe, clean work environment. The position requires availability for at least 20 hours per week or as needed, including peak retail hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• Professional attire and good hygiene.
• Availability to attend training meetings and complete required courses.
• Flexibility to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience.
• Work as part of a team to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
