About The Position

As a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate/Photographer, you will help create excellent experiences on Santa photo sets by welcoming families, engaging with children, and capturing holiday moments. You will provide warm, energetic guest service and support a smooth photo experience from start to finish. Photography experience is not required. The position involves operating a POS system and photography equipment, processing sales, and helping maintain a safe, clean environment. Employees must be available for at least 20 hours per week or as needed, including peak retail hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role is seasonal, with possible opportunities to return for future holiday seasons or explore growth in the souvenir photography division where available.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• Professional attire and good hygiene.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.
• Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, making families feel welcomed and cared for.
• Work as part of a team to help photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
• Attend training meetings and complete required courses.
