About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate to help create enjoyable Santa photo experiences for families at University Park Mall. The role combines guest service, photography, and sales: welcoming families, engaging with children, taking photos, and providing memorable souvenirs. Photography experience is not required. Associates help keep photo operations running smoothly, maintain a safe and clean environment, and contribute to a festive, positive experience throughout each visit. The position requires availability for at least 20 hours per week or as needed, including peak retail hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays. Associates must attend training meetings and complete required courses. This is a seasonal opportunity, with possible opportunities to return for future holiday seasons or pursue growth within the souvenir photography division, where available.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort greeting and working with families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• Professional attire and good hygiene.
• Availability to attend training meetings and complete required courses.
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, helping families feel welcomed and cared for.
• Work as a team member to help photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
• Attend training meetings and complete required courses.
