About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-focused selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable holiday shopping experiences. You learn what customers need, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with appropriate products and services. On the sales floor and in fitting rooms, you use warmth, product knowledge, and a personal approach to build trust, meet sales goals, and inspire customer loyalty. The role involves more than cashiering: customer service is central to every interaction. You also help keep the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting. At the start of the day, you prepare the sales floor, review sales goals, and learn about new arrivals, popular items, trends, and promotions. During the day, you engage customers, maintain merchandise and displays, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability.
