About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate to help create memorable Santa photo experiences at Midland Park Mall. The associate welcomes families, engages with children, takes photographs, and provides guests with souvenirs while delivering warm, festive service and helping photo operations run smoothly. Photography experience is not required. The role involves operating point-of-sale systems and photography equipment, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, and completing other assigned tasks. The position requires availability for at least 20 hours per week or as needed, including peak retail hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as attendance at training meetings and completion of required courses.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• Professional attire and good hygiene.
• Flexibility to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photographs and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, helping every family feel welcomed and cared for.
• Work as part of a team to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Interact in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
• Attend training meetings and complete required courses.
