About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate to help create enjoyable experiences at a Santa photo set. The associate welcomes families, engages with children, takes photographs, and provides guests with memorable souvenirs. The role supports a smooth photo experience from start to finish by delivering friendly guest service and working collaboratively with the team.

Photography experience is not required. The position involves operating a point-of-sale system and photography equipment, processing sales, maintaining a safe and clean work area, and completing other assigned tasks. Applicants must be available for at least 20 hours per week or as needed, and be flexible to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training meetings and required courses are also part of the role.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort greeting and working with families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• Professional attire and good hygiene.
• Availability to attend training meetings and complete required courses.
• Flexibility to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, making families feel welcomed and cared for.
• Work as part of a team to help photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers in a friendly, patient, and festive manner.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
