About The Position

This role is responsible for all aspects of producing Ambius holiday displays and works closely with the sales department to produce marketing materials or samples of holiday designs that support holiday sales growth. The role follows holiday design instructions and schedules, including nights and weekends when required, and may work inside or outside the warehouse depending on business needs. Prior experience is not required; experience in holiday design or equivalent is preferred. A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Follow holiday design production schedules, including working nights and weekends when required.
• Follow design instructions and schedules provided by holiday supervisors or managers.
• Check that lights used in holiday decor are in good working order.
• Decorate trees, garland, wreaths, and other items according to design outlines.
• Receive inventory and label and organize it in the warehouse.
• Keep holiday storage clean and organized throughout the year in preparation for the holiday season.
• Work safely and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Move holiday products and perform tasks involving prolonged standing, bending, and lifting.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Comply with health and safety requirements.
• Conduct health and safety audits of employees to ensure work complies with company safety policies and government regulations.
• Keep written health and safety procedures for each job task up to date and available, including potential site-specific risks.
• Attend required health and safety meetings or training sessions.
• Work inside or outside the warehouse as business needs require.
• Work with the sales department to produce marketing materials or samples of holiday designs.
