About The Position

This role is responsible for all aspects of producing Ambius holiday displays and works closely with the sales department to create marketing materials or holiday design samples that support sales growth. The work includes decorating holiday items, maintaining and organizing inventory and storage, and supporting a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Work may take place inside or outside the warehouse depending on business needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and follow direction.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong time-management skills.

• Experience in holiday design or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Follow holiday display production designs and schedules, including working nights and weekends when required.
• Follow design instructions and schedules provided by holiday supervisors or managers.
• Ensure lights in holiday decor are in good working order.
• Decorate trees, garlands, wreaths, and other items according to design outlines.
• Receive inventory and label and organize it in the warehouse.
• Keep work areas and holiday storage clean and organized.
• Move holiday products and perform tasks involving prolonged standing, bending, and lifting.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Comply with health and safety requirements.
• Conduct employee health and safety audits to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable government regulations.
• Keep written health and safety procedures for each job task up to date and available, including site-specific risks.
• Attend required health and safety meetings or training sessions.
• Work inside or outside the warehouse as business needs require.
