About The Position
This role focuses on creating a positive and memorable experience for guests in a fun, high-energy entertainment environment. The Seasonal Guest Experience Associate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including guest interaction, maintaining cleanliness and safety, supporting events, and operating various attractions like the arcade and go-kart track.
Requirements
- Ability to stand, move, and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Friendly, welcoming personality with good communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a high-energy setting.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, food, or entertainment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in guests with a positive attitude.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and guest-readiness of the facility.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a fun, fast, and functional environment.
- Prepare and serve food and beverage items accurately and with friendliness.
- Assist with birthday and corporate events, including setup and serving.
- Help guests redeem prizes and navigate the arcade.
- Assist guests with go-kart track operations, including safety rules and track management.
