Requirements
- Ability to stand, move, and lift up to 25 lbs
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Customer service or entertainment experience is a plus (not required)
Responsibilities

- Assist with birthdays and group events—set up, serve, and celebrate with guests.
- Prepare and serve food and drinks with accuracy, speed, and a smile.
- Check in on guests, ensure lanes run smoothly, and keep the fun going.
- Work together with your team to keep operations smooth, efficient, and upbeat.
- Guide guests through gameplay, explain rules, and run an exciting, seamless experience.
