Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate, Paramus Park
About The Position
As a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and help provide a smooth customer experience. You receive and organize merchandise; pick, pack, and retrieve orders from back-of-house storage; and deliver orders curbside. You monitor alerts to complete Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders on time and help keep the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently. The role also involves greeting customers, resolving issues, and delivering orders with care. Your attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to operational excellence support customer satisfaction and store performance. Daily work may include reviewing goals and promotions, preparing the store, receiving and tagging merchandise, and organizing the stockroom. You interact helpfully with customers, fulfill orders accurately and on time, recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves. You also share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and help organize the stockroom and complete orders at the end of the day. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled 10–20 hours per week. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
Requirements

- Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
