As a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate, also known as a Back of House colleague, you support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and help provide a smooth customer experience. You receive and organize merchandise, tag items, pick and pack orders, retrieve orders from back-of-house storage, and deliver orders curbside. You monitor alerts to complete Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders on time and help keep the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently. The role also includes greeting customers, listening and responding to concerns, and providing helpful service during floor interactions and curbside pickups. You help prepare the store for the day by reviewing goals and learning about products and promotions. Throughout the day, you may recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves. You also help organize the stockroom, complete orders, and prepare the team for the next day. Colleagues are expected to work collaboratively, pursue sales goals, and contribute to a welcoming customer experience. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled to work 10–20 hours per week. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability. The position requires flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as regular attendance and punctuality.
