Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate, Fashion Square
About The Position
As a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate, also known as a Back of House colleague, you support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and help provide a smooth customer experience. Tasks include receiving and organizing merchandise, picking, packing, and retrieving orders from back-of-house storage, delivering orders curbside, and monitoring alerts to ensure Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders are ready on time. You help keep the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently and interact with customers by greeting them, resolving issues, and delivering orders with care. The role also includes maintaining a shoppable sales floor by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and supporting merchandise moves. Colleagues organize the stockroom, complete orders, contribute to sales goals, and work collaboratively to deliver strong individual and store results. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and availability.
Requirements
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Ability to frequently use computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and process register transactions.
Responsibilities
- Receive, tag, and organize merchandise and maintain an orderly stockroom.
- Pick, pack, and retrieve orders from back-of-house storage, and deliver orders curbside.
- Monitor alerts and complete Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders on time.
- Greet customers, listen to their needs, resolve issues, and provide helpful service.
- Recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves.
- Share Loyalty program benefits, help customers with their needs, and thank them for their business.
- Complete orders and organize the stockroom to prepare the team for the next day.
- Work collaboratively, strive to achieve sales goals, and support store results.
