About The Position

As a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate, also known as a Back of House colleague, you support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and help deliver a smooth customer experience. You receive and organize merchandise; pick, pack, and retrieve orders from back-of-house storage; and deliver orders curbside. You monitor alerts to complete Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders on time and help keep the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently. The role also includes greeting customers, resolving issues, and providing helpful customer interactions.

Daily work may include receiving and tagging merchandise, organizing the stockroom, fulfilling orders, recovering the sales floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and supporting merchandise moves. Colleagues are expected to work collaboratively, support customers and teammates, pursue sales goals, and help prepare the store for the next day. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week; hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.

• Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.

Responsibilities

• Receive, tag, and organize merchandise and maintain the stockroom.
• Pick, pack, retrieve, and complete customer orders, including Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders, on time.
• Deliver orders curbside and provide helpful customer service, including greeting customers and resolving issues.
• Monitor order alerts and support inventory accuracy and efficient store operations.
• Recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves.
• Share Loyalty program benefits, help customers with their needs, and thank them for their business.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and help organize the stockroom and prepare the team for the next day.
• Work toward daily sales goals and contribute to store results.
