Seasonal Retail Fragrances Sales Associate, Huntington Mall
About The Position
As a Seasonal Fragrance Sales Support colleague, you help create a warm, inviting experience in the fragrance department. You maintain a beautifully merchandised and fully stocked space while supporting the sales team both behind the scenes and on the sales floor. Tasks include preparing products, restocking displays, and assisting with transactions. Your attention to detail and hospitality help guests feel cared for. The role combines customer service and operational support: anticipating team needs, keeping the department shop-ready, and creating positive customer experiences during the busy season. It suits flexible team players who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week. Actual hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Help ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and prepared for customers.
- Review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top-selling items, and stay informed about trends and promotions.
- Welcome customers and create friendly, personal conversations that build customer relationships.
- Merchandise new receipts and maintain a shoppable space.
- Process damages and testers, and select merchandise to return to vendors.
- Update signs and pricing and support merchandise moves as needed.
- Assist with customer transactions using register technology.
- Share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and thank them sincerely.
- Support colleagues through honest, caring, and collaborative teamwork.
- Work toward sales goals, take pride in the work, and learn from colleagues to support individual and store results.
