Seasonal Retail Fragrances Sales Associate, Hulen Mall
About The Position
As a seasonal Fragrance Sales Support colleague, you help create a warm, inviting experience in the fragrance department. You maintain a beautifully merchandised, fully stocked space while supporting the sales team behind the scenes and on the sales floor. Tasks include preparing products, restocking displays, and assisting with transactions. The role combines customer service and sales support, anticipating team needs and keeping the department ready for customers during the busy season. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability.
Requirements
- Flexible availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules and procedures in English.
- Comfort communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to meet daily sales-goal challenges.

- Ability to talk, lift, move constantly, stand, and reach with arms and hands.
- Ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours and lift at least 25 pounds.
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach, including above eye level.
- Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
Responsibilities
- Help ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and ready for customers.
- Review sales goals and stay informed about new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions.
- Welcome customers, make eye contact, and build relationships through friendly, personal conversations.
- Merchandise new receipts and maintain a shoppable, fully stocked space.
- Process damages, testers, and selected merchandise for return to vendors.
- Update signs and pricing and support merchandise moves as needed.
- Assist with customer transactions and share Loyalty program benefits.
- Help customers with their purchases and end interactions with a sincere thank-you.
- Support teammates through honesty, care, and collaboration.
- Work toward sales goals, take pride in the work, and learn from colleagues to improve individual and store results.
