About The Position

LAZ Parking is seeking a Seasonal Event Supervisor to lead parking and guest service operations at concerts, sporting events, festivals, holiday attractions, conventions, and other special events. The supervisor oversees frontline event staff, helps ensure safe and efficient operations, and delivers an outstanding guest experience. The position coordinates staffing, traffic flow, guest interactions, and event logistics while maintaining a positive, professional work environment. This seasonal, event-based role requires flexibility according to event schedules and operational needs. Work may include evenings, weekends, holidays, high-volume event days, and extended shifts when necessary. Schedules may vary weekly. The role supports outdoor event operations in varying weather conditions. Warming areas, scheduled breaks, task rotations, and other practices may be used to reduce unnecessary exposure to the elements when feasible. The position is active and requires extended periods of standing and walking, traversing event venues and parking facilities, lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 25 pounds, and frequent bending, stooping, squatting, and movement. Supervisors must remain alert while monitoring large operational areas with high guest and vehicle traffic. Reasonable accommodations may be made for qualified individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
