Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing machines and manually wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils to ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
• Sort and organize clean dishes and kitchen tools, returning them to their designated storage areas promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and floors, to comply with health and safety regulations.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning tasks as needed to support overall kitchen operations.
• Monitor dishwashing supplies and report shortages to management to ensure continuous operation.
