About The Position
We are hiring immediately for seasonal DISHWASHER positions. This role is responsible for maintaining dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment, and utensils in an orderly and sanitary condition. The position involves scraping and rinsing food from dirty dishes, washing them by hand or using a dishwashing machine, and ensuring complete cleanliness and sanitation. The role also includes washing pots, pans, and trays, polishing silver, maintaining temperatures and chemical levels, keeping the dish area orderly, sweeping and mopping floors, washing food prep surfaces, removing trash, and assisting with supplies and equipment transfer. This is a seasonal position with varying days and hours.

Responsibilities
- Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on a conveyor to a dishwashing machine.
- Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, pots, pans, and trays.
- Polishes silver using assigned equipment and procedures.
- Ensures compliance with outlined safety procedures.
- Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.
- Keeps the dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
- Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
- Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces.
- Removes trash and places it in designated containers.
- Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans.
- Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
- Helps load and unload supplies and product.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
