Requirements

• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Weekend, evening, and holiday availability required

Nice To Haves

• Restaurant experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right person

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment
• Keep dish and prep areas clean, organized, and sanitized
• Remove trash and recycling as needed
• Assist with basic kitchen cleaning and closing duties
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Support the kitchen team during high-volume service
