About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and create a positive first impression.
- Start the client intake process.
- Scan and organize tax documents.
- Perform basic data entry accurately.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Answer phones and follow up with past and potential clients.
- Keep clients informed and engaged during wait times.
- Assist with local marketing efforts.
- Support Tax Pros with day-to-day office needs and help deliver an exceptional client experience.
