Seasonal Catering Associate - Eataly Downtown
About The Position
The Catering Associate coordinates aspects of daily catering orders to ensure flawless execution. This role reports to the Catering Manager and is responsible for coordinating catering needs with all store departments, maintaining relationships with existing customers through follow-up calls and promotional deliveries, managing daily administrative tasks, handling in-store consultations for special events and large catering orders, and communicating regularly with the call center, managers, and clients to ensure excellent execution. The position also involves performing other duties as required or assigned.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in catering and sales management
- Advanced computer skills
- Availability to work a flexible scheduling often including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending and squatting
