About The Position
Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with customers, following customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The role follows operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may be cross-trained in multiple store areas to support business needs. Duties include processing customer purchases and returns, promoting credit and loyalty programs, preparing merchandise for the sales floor, supporting store recovery and cleanliness, and participating in shrink reduction and safety programs. Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
- Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
- Accurately ring customer purchases and returns and count change according to operating procedures.
- Promote credit and loyalty programs.
- Maintain merchandising standards and follow established merchandising procedures.
- Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to company procedures and standards.
- Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
- Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards on the sales floor and help maintain cleanliness throughout the store.
- Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
- Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
- Support and participate in store shrink reduction goals and programs.
- Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
