Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products that support customers’ beauty goals.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers.
• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, including effective use of text and social media tools.
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store Beauty events and services.
• Keep the department organized, clean, and customer-ready.
• Stay current on beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge through training provided by Nordstrom and brand partners.
• Manage sales, refunds, and exchanges, and build customer loyalty by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts.
