About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is looking for a Seasonal Full-Time Banquet Commis I to join their culinary team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about food and cooking, willing to learn and contribute to a dynamic kitchen environment. The position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work harmoniously with colleagues. Responsibilities include following menus and recipes, completing basic mathematical calculations, and maintaining safe food handling practices. The role involves continuous standing for up to 8 hours per shift and lifting up to 50lbs. An outgoing personality and a 'can-do' approach are also desired.

Nice To Haves

At minimum 1 year previous Kitchen/Cook experience in a fast-paced food and beverage operation.
Exceptional communication skills.
Command of English language.
Additional language a definite asset for career growth.
A culinary training degree is preferred.

Responsibilities
