About The Position

As a Seasonal Associate at Sephora, you will provide an outstanding client experience by supporting store operations and onstage service during peak business periods. You will help create a welcoming environment while keeping the store stocked and visually ready. The position is non-guaranteed hours, with weekly hours expected to vary from 0 to 14 according to business needs. Candidates must be available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and are expected to be punctual and consistently attend scheduled shifts. The listed scheduling period is Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10; no year is specified.

The role includes delivering client service, supporting sales goals, managing inventory and order fulfillment, replenishing stock, maintaining operational standards, assisting with promotional and event setups, fostering inclusivity and teamwork, and following company policies to help maintain a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
