About The Position

As a Seasonal Associate at Sephora, you will support store operations and onstage service during peak business periods, helping deliver an outstanding client experience and maintain a welcoming, stocked, visually ready store. The role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs. You must be available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and be available for scheduling from Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10. Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected. The hourly pay range is $21.75–$24.88, with the actual rate dependent on geographic location.
