About The Position

As a Seasonal Associate, you will be the first face of the Carter’s brand for growing families. You will welcome customers, help them explore products for babies and young children, and support their shopping needs throughout important family moments. You will work in a welcoming and inclusive retail environment focused on customer connections, teamwork, flexibility, and growth. The role includes assisting customers in-store and through omnichannel services, processing sales, replenishing merchandise, and helping maintain a safe, clean store. Availability may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds as needed and frequently bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull.

• Availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Proactively resolve customer issues and assist multiple customers in a busy retail environment.
• Assist with omnichannel services as needed to provide a positive shopping experience.
• Complete and expedite point-of-sale/register transactions.
• Replenish the sales floor and process or support shipment as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers.
• Help minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
