About The Position

The Lane Bryant Associate creates a hospitable store environment through customer engagement and contributes to the achievement of Company goals. Associates welcome customers, represent the brand through fashion and product knowledge, and integrate the OMNI experience. This is a temporary, part-time position at the Aspen Grove store in Littleton, Colorado.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong sales or hospitality experience is preferred, with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency and confidence using mobile technology, such as registers and iPads, to engage with customers.
• Frequently move or adjust store fixtures and merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds in all directions; occasionally move or adjust items weighing up to 50 pounds with assistance as available.
• Frequently retrieve merchandise above shoulder level, which may involve climbing a ladder up to 12 feet; occasionally use a ladder up to 12 feet to replace overhead lightbulbs or signs.
