About The Position

As a Seasonal Associate, you'll provide outstanding client experiences by supporting store operations and onstage service during peak business moments. You'll create a welcoming environment while helping maintain a stocked, visually ready store. The role involves working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and supporting Sephora's commitment to inclusion and belonging. The expected schedule is 0–14 hours per week, with weekly hours varying based on business needs. The role requires availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and scheduling availability from Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10. Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.

Requirements

Experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment is preferred.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to learn quickly and complete job tasks efficiently.
Strong commitment to client service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Team-oriented and goal-driven mindset.
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
