About The Position

As a Seasonal Associate at Sephora, you will provide an outstanding client experience by supporting store operations and onstage service during peak business moments. You will help create a welcoming experience and maintain a stocked, visually ready store in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is a non-guaranteed-hours flex position, with weekly hours varying according to business needs and an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week. The role is available to be scheduled from October 5 through January 10. You must be available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and demonstrate punctuality and consistent attendance. The stated hourly compensation range is $19.80–$22.90. Actual pay depends on geographic location. Comprehensive healthcare and wellbeing benefits are offered based on eligibility.
