Seasonal Associate
About The Position
As a Seasonal Associate at Sephora, you will provide an outstanding client experience by supporting store operations and onstage service during peak business moments. You will help create a welcoming experience and maintain a stocked, visually ready store in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The role is non-guaranteed and offers an expected 0–14 hours per week, varying with business needs. You must be available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and be available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10. Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.

Responsibilities
- Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
- Ensure accurate promotional setups and assist with event execution to maintain Sephora's visual merchandising standards.
- Help foster an inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
