About The Position
The Seafood Shift Leader is an entry-level leadership role in a dynamic retail environment. The leader collaborates with and guides the Seafood department team, learning the company’s values, business measures, standards, and operations. The role helps ensure knowledgeable and passionate team members educate customers and provide the freshest fish and other seafood products. It is suited to someone who enjoys fresh products and managing others. The position is located at 1056 East Lancaster Ave, Downingtown, PA 19335. Availability is required for mornings, afternoons, and evenings, including weekends. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. The position is full-time and pays $21.75–$23.25 per hour.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of work experience or a college degree.
- Computer skills.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
