Requirements

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master
Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration
Upper-Intermediate+ English level for effective communication in an international environment

Responsibilities

Act as a servant-leader for Scrum teams, ensuring proper understanding and application of Agile and Scrum practices
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including: Daily stand-ups, Sprint planning, Sprint reviews, Sprint retrospectives
Identify and remove impediments that impact the team’s progress
Coach and mentor team members to improve self-organization and performance
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and collaboration
Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and priorities
Support and coordinate the work of 2–3 development teams
