About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead 2–3 high-performing software engineering teams. You will be responsible for ensuring the chosen framework is understood and enacted. Your goal is to foster a culture of self-management, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience leading Agile teams in a software development environment.
• 6+ years of experience in frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean, and/or Waterfall.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
• Must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization.
• Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience within the payments and/or financial services domains.
• CSM: Certified ScrumMaster (Scrum Alliance).
• PSM I/II: Professional Scrum Master (Scrum.org).
• PMI-ACP: Agile Certified Practitioner.
• SAFe SM: SAFe Scrum Master (Scaled Agile) for enterprise-level roles.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Proactively identify and eliminate obstacles that slow the team down.
• Guide the team in self-organization and cross-functional collaboration.
• Protect developers from external distractions and scope creep during sprints.
• Assist in backlog refinement and ensuring product goals are clearly understood by the team.
• Creating, tracking, and evaluating information to help the team to improve.
