About The Position

As a Screening Sales Representative (known internally as Screening Solutions Specialist), you'll play a frontline role in advancing cancer screening and early detection by partnering with healthcare providers to increase awareness and adoption of our cancer screening portfolio, including Cologuard, Cologuard Plus, Cancerguard, and SimpleScreen CRC Blood Test. You'll build trusted customer relationships, identify opportunities to improve patient care, and drive business growth through strategic account management, clinical education, and cross-functional collaboration. This is a field based position within our Cancer Diagnostics division.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Life Sciences, or a related field or four (4) years of relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree.
Two (2) years of sales, inside sales, or account management experience or one (1) year of sales experience plus one (1) year of healthcare-related experience or completion of active-duty military service as a Junior Officer or above.
Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build credibility and influence customers.
Excellent organizational, time management, and relationship-building skills.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record that meets company requirements.
Ability to travel daily throughout the assigned territory, including occasional overnight travel.
Ability to meet healthcare facility credentialing requirements, including vaccination or other site-specific requirements where applicable.
Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Two (2) or more years of medical device, diagnostics, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales experience.
Experience calling on primary care physicians or other healthcare provider customers.
Demonstrated success in commissioned sales and territory management.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
Experience using data and business intelligence tools to guide account planning and sales strategy.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consultative selling skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to increase awareness, adoption, and utilization of Cologuard while achieving sales objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, healthcare administrators, and other key stakeholders by identifying unmet needs and delivering value-based diagnostic solutions.
Analyze local healthcare markets, customer data, and account insights to identify opportunities that improve patient outcomes and enhance the system of care.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Marketing, Medical Affairs, Screening Advocates, Sales Operations, and Area Managers to implement customer-specific business strategies and maximize account success.
Accurately document customer interactions, sales activities, market intelligence, and pipeline development within CRM while maintaining the highest ethical, quality, and compliance standards.
