The Screening Advisor is a highly visible, strategic role responsible for ensuring customers successfully use and gain value from RealPage Screening products and services. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of top multifamily owners and operators, helping them optimize screening performance, align to business goals, and drive measurable outcomes. This role blends relationship management, internal/external consulting, and operational expertise. You’ll partner closely with both customer stakeholders (from onsite teams to executive leadership) and internal teams across Product, Support, Sales, and Customer Success. The Screening Advisor is responsible for understanding RealPage Screening operations and maintaining a high-level knowledge of Screening products and interdependencies with other RealPage solutions. The ability to anticipate and communicate customer needs and identify customer barriers while prioritizing organizational goals and initiatives is an integral part of this position. You should maintain high activity levels with limited direction, and be able to thrive where financial results are imperative.
