Screen Printing / Pad Printing Associate (Entry-Level)
About The Position
Eagle Metalcraft / CNY Graphics is hiring an entry-level Screen Printing / Pad Printing Associate to support hands-on manufacturing work. The associate assists with printing, packaging, and other shop duties. No prior experience is required; training is provided. The role is scheduled for first shift, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and offers hourly compensation of $17.00–$20.00 based on experience. The company is a growing sheet metal and machine shop specializing in precision fabrication and custom manufacturing solutions for the medical, defense, and electronics industries. Its team produces components in Central New York.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Willingness to learn new skills in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to [X] lbs.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in printing, manufacturing, or production environments.
- Familiarity with basic tools and shop equipment.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate screen printing and pad printing equipment; training is provided.
- Pack and unpack delicate parts.
- Inspect printed parts for accuracy, alignment, and defects.
- Follow work instructions, job travelers, and production schedules.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist with other shop tasks as needed.
