About The Position

Technomark is seeking a Screen Printer to set up and run automatic screen printing presses and a cylinder press. You’ll troubleshoot print issues and make adjustments to maintain quality, registration, color, and production speed while following safety and quality guidelines. This role is a full-time employee position on the 1st Shift, from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
0-1 years of related screen-printing experience and/or training.
Strong judgment of color, design, registration, and print quality.
Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals).

Responsibilities

Receive production orders and job assignments; verify quantities, tolerances, color sequence, and substrate requirements.
Gather substrates, screens, inks, squeegees, and supplies needed to run the job.
Set up presses according to job requirements, safety standards, and company procedures.
Print proof sheets to confirm setup, registration, ink viscosity, and color.
Run production while maintaining target speed and making adjustments to sustain print quality, registration, and color.
Troubleshoot printing issues and solve problems to minimize downtime and scrap.
