About The Position

The Sports Scoreboard Operator assists with the execution of LT Sport leagues, which may include basketball, volleyball, and soccer. The role operates scoreboards and tracks minutes played during league games, while supporting game preparation and cleanup and helping ensure member satisfaction. The operator also promotes LT Sport and Life Time offerings and communicates knowledge of their programs, products, services, policies, and procedures to prospective and current members.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Experience operating a scoreboard.
General knowledge of applicable basketball, soccer, and volleyball rules.

Responsibilities

Ensure all players are checked in and present on official scoresheets.
Track relevant statistics on the scoreboard during games.
Track minutes played for all players using assigned sheets.
Assist with game preparations and cleanup as needed.
Work closely with the League Coordinator to ensure member satisfaction.
Promote LT Sport products and Life Time to members and non-members.
Explain LT Sport and Life Time programs, products, services, policies, and procedures to prospective and current members.
