About The Position

The Sports Scoreboard Operator assists with the execution of LT Sport leagues, which may include basketball, volleyball, and soccer. The role operates scoreboards and tracks minutes played during league games. The operator also supports game preparations and cleanup, works with the League Coordinator to support member satisfaction, and promotes LT Sport and Life Time programs, products, and services to members and non-members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience operating a scoreboard.
• General knowledge of applicable basketball, soccer, and volleyball rules.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all players are checked in and present on official scoresheets.
• Track relevant statistics on the scoreboard during games.
• Track minutes played for all players using assigned sheets.
• Assist with game preparations and cleanup as needed.
• Work closely with the League Coordinator to ensure member satisfaction.
• Promote LT Sport products and Life Time to members and non-members.
• Explain LT Sport and Life Time programs, products, services, policies, and procedures to prospective and current members.
