About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and bilingual Supply Chain Coordinator to support logistics operations and ensure consumer goods move efficiently from overseas agents to domestic transport. The role coordinates import shipments, international and domestic transportation, customs clearance, and final delivery. It also maintains logistics data and documents, develops relationships with vendors and customers, and collaborates with co-workers and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Solid working knowledge of the consumer goods industry and its supply chain demands.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and experience working with electronic data.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to internal proprietary systems and processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
• Bilingual ability.

Responsibilities

• Handle import shipments and coordinate with overseas agents for international and domestic transport.
• Develop and maintain streamlined logistics processes and strong relationships with vendors and customers.
• Manage inventory tracking, contract data, item master sheets, and other necessary documents.
• Arrange and coordinate customs clearance and final delivery.
• Work dynamically in a team environment and assist co-workers and cross-functional teams when needed.
