About The Position

TISTA is building a pipeline of candidates to support its Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Supply Chain Management DevSecOps (SCMDSO) program. The program supports modernization and delivery of technology solutions across VA supply chain and logistics environments. Potential opportunities span program and project management, business analysis, architecture, software engineering, DevSecOps, data and analytics, cybersecurity, testing, and other technical and operational specialties. Requirements

Nice To Haves

Experience with VA environments, federal health programs, or supply chain technologies is highly desirable for many SCM positions.
Experience in federal government or Department of Veterans Affairs programs.
Experience in supply chain, logistics, asset management, or healthcare technology.
Experience in program or project management; business or requirements analysis; software or systems engineering; solution, enterprise, or data architecture; data engineering, analytics, AI, or machine learning; DevSecOps, cloud, or infrastructure; cybersecurity; quality assurance, testing, or test automation; or Agile delivery and product management.

Responsibilities

Support VA supply chain and logistics modernization initiatives.
Collaborate with VA stakeholders, product teams, architects, engineers, analysts, and other program personnel.
Support Agile and DevSecOps delivery activities.
Analyze business, functional, technical, or data requirements.
Contribute to the design, development, testing, implementation, or sustainment of enterprise solutions.
Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
Support program documentation, reporting, deliverables, and customer requirements.
Work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams to meet program objectives.
