AnthroMed Education is hiring a motivated Speech-Language Pathologist to support a school team in White Bear Lake, MN for the 2026-2027 school year. Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, student-focused services

Nice To Haves

  • Minnesota Department of Education licensure or eligibility preferred
  • School-based experience is helpful but not required
  • Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

  • Complete speech and language evaluations to identify students' communication strengths and areas of need
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that support IEP goals and educational progress
  • Deliver engaging individual and small-group speech-language therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for services and accommodations
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records
  • Support students with articulation, receptive and expressive language, social communication, fluency, AAC, and other communication needs
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to create meaningful and functional therapy experiences
  • Build positive relationships that encourage student participation, independence, and success
