About The Position

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide student-centered, school-based care for students ages 18–21 in Colorado Springs, Colorado, during the 2026–2027 school year. The role is part-time, with a consistent Monday–Wednesday schedule, and is listed as starting ASAP. The pay range is $45–$55 per hour, with compensation described as up to $55 per hour.

The nurse will support students’ health, safety, wellness, and independence by assessing health needs, administering medications and treatments under care plans, monitoring chronic conditions, maintaining records, communicating with families, collaborating with school staff, and responding to emergencies. Requirements

• Active Colorado State RN license.
• School Nursing CDE credential or ability to obtain it.
• Ability to pass fingerprinting and a background check.
• Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills.
