About The Position
WorkFit Medical Staffing is seeking a compassionate and dedicated School Nurse to support student health and wellness in a school environment in Sodus, New York. The nurse will provide care to students, manage health records, administer medications, and respond to health emergencies. The role helps promote a safe and healthy learning environment for children and staff. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, paying $40 an hour.
Requirements
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.
- Strong assessment and clinical skills tailored to children and adolescents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle emergencies calmly.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in pediatric or school nursing.
