About The Position

Cross Country Education is hiring a School Psychologist in Bothell, Washington. The position focuses on conducting psychoeducational evaluations, guiding educational planning, and collaborating with school teams so students can access appropriate support. The psychologist will manage approximately 56 evaluations annually and work with students, families, teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams. The schedule is school-based at 35 hours per week.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in School Psychology.
• Completion of a state-approved School Psychology preparation program.
• Valid Washington Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certificate with a School Psychologist endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and determine student eligibility for special education services.

• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop appropriate student support plans.
• Consult with teachers, families, and school administrators about students’ learning, behavioral, and social-emotional needs.
