About The Position

Cross Country Education is seeking a School Psychologist with an Early Childhood Focus to join their team in Orland Park, IL for the 2026-2027 school year. This role involves conducting psychological evaluations for K-2 students to determine special education eligibility, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and parents on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavioral intervention plans, and providing individual and group counseling to support social-emotional development in early primary years. Requirements

Master's Degree or higher in School Psychology
Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Psychologist Endorsement
Expertise in cognitive, academic, and social-emotional assessment tools for early childhood
