About The Position
The School Playground Recreation Aide will work at Starr King K-8 School. This is a part-time, permanent position with a length of work year of 10 months/year, 195 days/year, 5 days/week. The length of the workday is 2.25 hours, with work hours from Monday to Friday, 10:50 AM to 1:05 PM. The position is part of the Support Staff & Services/Non-Instruct. Support category.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work effectively with elementary school-aged children.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to supervise and ensure student safety.
- Punctual and reliable attendance.
- Must be able to provide a complete application, including all requested information and required documents, by the job posting deadline.

- Previous experience working with children in a recreational or educational setting.

Responsibilities
- Supervise students during playground activities.
